AMIR Wireless Refrigerator & Freezer Alarm

We have two chest freezers in the workshop. I've heard stories of people losing a freezer full of food due to power loss or freezer malfunction. We wanted a way to monitor those freezers from our house, which is about 60 feet away. 

We have been using this AMIR Wireless Refrigerator/Freezer Alarm for over 2 months now with no problems. It comes with 2 battery powered sensors. We placed a sensor in each freezer and setup a low and high temperature threshold to activate an audible alarm from the base station in our kitchen. At a cost of $18.99, I am thoroughly impressed with this system.
