We are just beginning construction on a workshop at the end of our driveway. It will be a 12' x 20' workshop to start. We will add an 8' x 20' room along the left side to bring the building up to 20' x 20'.
The building will rest on 10" square concrete piers dug down 3 feet. Situated on the piers are 6" x 6" pressure treated timbers attached to the piers with anchor bolts which were set into the concrete at key points.
