Summer 2015 Update

It's been too long since I've updated the blog, but here's some of what we've been up to this summer. Click on any picture to see a larger view.

Sarah, Ben, and I harvesting about 50 lbs of sweet potatoes from a 4'x8' raised bed.

We inoculated Oak logs with Shiitake spawn this spring. We finally harvested our first mushrooms.
